Activate your license

After you purchase the MultiGPT from TemplateMonster, in order to use it you need to activate your license. You can use MultiGPT API Manager to activate and manage your license.

Let's see how you can use MultiGPT API Manager.

For security reasons, we will ask you to verify your email address every time you want to perform any action on MultiGPT API Manager. If somehow you are not receiving the verification email then you can check your spam folder. Please whitelist your email [email protected]. So that further emails can go directly to your inbox. If you still can't find the email then you can contact us at via live chat or email.

Register your new MultiGPT App​

You will see that there is a field named domain name. When you run the MultiGPT on your local machine you then you are using localhost:3000 as the domain name. But we have already added this domain name in the license key. So you can use it on localhost:3000 for any license without adding it as a domain. But while you register the app you have to use a real domain name there (You can change it later).

If you have used wrong email while registering you don't need to worry. Unless verify your email you app will not be registered. You can register your app again with the correct email address. But remember that single templatemonster purchase code can be used only once.

After you buy MULTI GPT from TemplateMonster, You have to visit MultiGPT API Manager and register your new MultiGPT App. You can register your new MultiGPT App by following these steps:

  1. Visit MultiGPT API Manager
  2. Click on the Register a new app button
  3. Fill the form and click on the Submit button
  4. You will recive a email verification link. Click on the link to verify your email address.
  5. After your email address is verified you will automatically receive your softisia license key.

Resend or Regenerate your license key​

Though you will receive your license key automatically after you verify your email address. But if you want to resend or regenerate your license key then you can do it easily by following these steps:

Resend your license key​

  1. Visit MultiGPT API Manager
  2. Click on the Get your app key button
  3. Fill the form.
  4. Click on the Email My Existing Key button and it will resend your key to your email address.

Regenerate your license key​

  1. Visit MultiGPT API Manager
  2. Click on the Get your app keys button
  3. Fill the form.
  4. Click on the Regenerate My Existing Key button and you will receive a verification link in your email address.
  5. Click on the link to verify your email address.
  6. After your email address is verified you will automatically receive your new softisia license key via email.

Edit your app​

You may want to edit your app. You can do it easily by following these steps:

  1. Visit MultiGPT API Manager
  2. Click on the Edit an existing app button
  3. Fill the form and click on the Send Edit Link button
  4. You will receive a secret edit link in your email address.
  5. Click on the link to edit your app.
  6. After you are done editing your app click on the Save Edit button.
  7. After that you will receive a confirmation email that your app is updated.
